You are invited to come enjoy a performance of the BYU-Idaho Dance Alliance! These exceptional and dedicated dancers will be performing at the Performing Arts Center of Rapid City on August 1 at 7:30 pm as part of a multi-week tour through Wyoming, Utah and northern Colorado. Presented in the Historic Theater, this is a ticketed event, but the admission is free!
Under the direction of Shawn Fisher, Dance Alliance will present I’m An American, a celebration of all that is good in this country. Featuring a wide range of dance styles–including salsa, samba, waltz, jazz, contemporary and swing–immigrant stories will come to life and homage will be paid to those who have sacrificed to preserve the liberties that we continue to enjoy. Full of vibrant energy, BYU-Idaho Dance Alliance promises to be a memorable experience.
