This year's Pop Up Party returns to the place it all began - Old Folsom Vineyard, for a classy take on our traditional party themes. Wear all white, but theme your group around accessories, ideas, or accents. We provide the wine & glass - you bring the picnic and your friends!

What is a Pop-Up Party?

Our annual party takes place at a new location every year!

We provide a tent, tables and chairs and every ticket includes a bottle of wine and a commemorative glass!

Show off your creativity!

Use the event theme to create your own picnic dinner, table decor, and costumes. This year's theme encourages you to wear ALL WHITE - to party in style for the Soiree en Blanc.

Join the Centerpiece Contest Auction

Partygoers have the option to bring a centerpiece to be auctioned off to further benefit the resident companies of the Performing Arts Center of Rapid City. Create a portable work of art to enter into a silent auction. Prizes will be awarded to the centerpieces receiving the top three bids.

Black Hills Buffalo Banquet with Chef Daniel Voorhees

This offer is for 10 guests. Enjoy an evening at a scenic Black Hills Cabin just 35 minutes from Rapid City. From the patio and dining area you can enjoy a spectacular view of Black Elk Peak and Little Devil’s Tower while you enjoy appetizers and a cocktail with light entertainment by a BHCT fan favorite. Enjoy a buffalo feast prepared by Chef Daniel Voorhees, a 20-year veteran and owner of Rustic Personal Chef Services and The Rustic food truck. This meal features ossobuco, provided by Wild Idea Buffalo Company, bready donated by The Sour bakery and a selection of wines. The host and Chef Daniel will work with you to accommodate any dietary restriction. Top the night off with Daniel’s specialty dessert, Pot O’ Crème and enjoy a night cap and S’mores by one of two fire pits. For your safety, a driver will be provided to and from Hill City at your request. You are encouraged to book this experience right away and it is available for booking August 26^th-November 1^st or sometime after the 1^st of the year. This evening is hosted by Mark and Kristol McKie.
