Well Done Players: Ladies at the Alamo

Black Hills Community Theatre Presents:

Well Done Players:
Ladies at the Alamo

by Paul Zindel
Directed by Dave DeChristopher

The ladies of the Well Done Players return to the stage with this script-in-hand performance of the biting, explosive and very funny Ladies at the Alamo. The lavish reception room of the new multi-million-dollar Alamo Theatre is the setting for the battle of wits between Dede, the theatre’s founder and artistic director, and the wealthy and power hungry Chairwoman of the Board who wants to bring in a fading Hollywood star to replace Dede. As the hour of the decisive board meeting nears, Dede and her supporters maneuver to outflank the opposition, and as the crisis point is reached the verbal battles and shocking revelations build to fever pitch.
